1. How much does a custom pool cost?
Our base pools start at $75,000, but final pool pricing depends on size, design, materials, features (spa, waterfall, tanning ledge), and site conditions. We provide detailed, transparent estimates after an on-site consultation.
2. How long does it take to build a pool?
Most custom pools take 8-12 weeks once construction begins. Weather, permitting, and design complexity can affect the timeline.
3. Do you handle all permits & inspections?
Yes, we manage all required permits, construction plans, and inspections to ensure your pool is built safely and meets local building codes. You don’t have to deal with paperwork, we take care of it for you!
