A Message from Our Owner
“When you work with EAV Construction, you work directly with me. I stay involved in every project from the initial consultation through completion because I believe good communication, proper oversight, and doing the work right make a difference.
A large part of our growth has come from customers trusting us with additional projects after working with us, as well as recommending us to their friends, family, and colleagues. That means a lot to me personally, and it’s something I never take for granted. No matter the size of the project, my goal is to understand what you need, be straightforward throughout the process, and deliver work we’re proud to put our name on.”
— Erik Velasquez, Owner & Founder
Who We Are
EAV Construction is owned and operated by Erik Velasquez, a Garland, Texas native who grew up around the construction industry. Erik began working alongside his father, Antonio, who spent decades specializing in concrete and pool deck installations throughout the Dallas area. Those early years gave Erik hands-on experience and a practical understanding of construction that would later become the foundation for EAV Construction.
In 2020, Erik earned his degree in Business from the University of Texas at Arlington, combining his construction background with a formal business education. That combination of field experience and business knowledge continues to shape how EAV approaches its projects today, from planning and communication to project coordination and execution.
As EAV grew, so did the scope of our work. Many customers who initially hired us for one project were happy with the results and came back when they needed additional work. Referrals led to new relationships, repeat customers trusted us with larger scopes, and over time EAV expanded further into general contracting and larger residential, commercial, and multifamily projects.
Today, EAV Construction provides concrete construction, pool remodeling, pool decks, general contracting, property improvements, and commercial and multifamily construction services throughout Dallas–Fort Worth. While the size and scope of our projects have grown, we continue to operate with the hands-on involvement and direct communication that helped build the company in the first place.
We’re proud of how EAV has grown, but especially proud that much of that growth has come from repeat customers and referrals. To us, there’s no better compliment than a customer trusting us with their next project or recommending EAV Construction to someone they know.
