EAV Construction is proudly owned and operated by Erik Velasquez, a Garland, TX native with a lifelong passion for creating spaces that bring people together. Erik’s journey in the construction industry began long before EAV was founded, working alongside his father, Antonio, who spent decades specializing in pool deck and concrete installations throughout the Dallas area. Growing up locally, Erik developed a strong connection to the community and a foundation in craftsmanship, dedication, and doing things the right way.

Over the years, Erik gained hands-on experience across every part of the pool construction process from excavation and pouring concrete to designing and building a pool from the ground up. He later worked in pool design and sales, where he learned what homeowners truly value: clear and prompt communication, honest pricing, and quality that lasts. In 2020, Erik earned his degree in Business from the University of Texas at Arlington, combining real world experience with business knowledge to elevate his work to the next level.
