EAV Construction is proudly owned and operated by Erik Velasquez, a builder with a deep passion for creating spaces that bring people together. Erik’s journey in the construction industry began long before EAV was founded—working alongside his father, who spent decades specializing in pool deck installations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. That early exposure laid the foundation for a career built on craftsmanship, dedication, and doing things the right way.

Over the years, Erik gained hands-on experience across every part of the pool construction process, from excavation and plumbing to design and finish work. He later worked in pool design and sales, where he developed a strong understanding of what homeowners truly care about: clear communication, honest pricing, and quality that lasts. In 2020, Erik earned his degree in Business from the University of Texas at Arlington, blending real-world experience with business knowledge to take his work to the next level.

Since then, Erik has focused on growing EAV Construction into a reputable builder, with a mission to offer something better—a company where clients feel heard, projects are handled with integrity, and the results speak for themselves.
