Our Pool Construction Process
At EAV Construction, we specialize in building high-quality custom gunite inground pools designed for lasting durability and exceptional craftsmanship. Our team is committed to structural strength, precision installation, and superior materials, delivering a pool that enhances your property and stands the test of time.
1. Consultation & 3D Design
We discuss your vision, evaluate your property, and create a custom pool design with detailed plans and optional 3D renderings.
2. Permit Phase
We create & submit all required construction plans for permits and HOA approvals to ensure full compliance.
3. Utility Marking, Site Prep, and Excavation
We contact Texas 811 to mark underground utilities, pre-grade the area, lay out the pool, and begin excavation according to the approved design.
4. Steel
We install reinforced ½" steel rebar throughout the pool structure, which is stronger than standard applications, to create a superior structural foundation.
5. Plumbing & Electrical
All plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems are installed and pressure-tested.
6. Gunite
High-strength gunite is pneumatically applied to form the pool shell, creating a dense, durable, and long-lasting structure.
7. Tile & Coping
Waterline tile and coping are installed to enhance appearance and protect the pool edge.
8. Decking
We install your selected decking material such as concrete, pavers, or travertine, creating a durable and seamless transition around your pool.
9. Plaster Application
The final surface finish (plaster, pebble, or quartz) is applied, giving your pool its texture, color, and beautiful water tone.
10. Start Up & Swim!
Equipment is installed, the pool is filled and balanced, and we guide you through operation and maintenance.
